How do I create an account?
Download Eatnote from the App Store, open the app, and sign up with your email, Google, Facebook, or Apple account. You'll need to confirm you're 13 or older and agree to our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete All My Data. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
How do I change my privacy settings?
Go to Settings > Privacy. You can set your default post visibility (Private, Family, or Public), control who can message you, and manage your blocked users list.
How do I create or join a family group?
Go to the Family tab and tap "Create Family" to start a new group, or accept an invitation from an existing family member. Family members can see each other's Family-visibility posts.
How does the AI Buddy work?
AI Buddy helps you log meals using voice or text. Just describe what you ate and the AI will help create an entry. You can also ask questions about your food history. AI responses are powered by OpenAI and Google and are for informational purposes only.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Tap the "..." menu on any post, comment, message, or user profile and select "Report". Choose a reason and add any additional details. Our team reviews all reports.
How do I block someone?
Go to the user's profile, tap the "..." menu, and select "Block User". Blocked users cannot see your content, message you, or interact with you in any way.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We use Supabase for secure data storage with row-level security policies. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
